- On the home page press “+ New presentation”, type a name and pick a theme: it sets the background and colours of new slides. A cover picture is optional.
- Press “Create slide”: it appears at once, named “New slide” (then “New slide 1”…), and opens in the editor. Type your own name at the top.
- No picture needed. The background of every slide can be changed later with the “Background” button in the editor: a theme colour, any colour or your own picture.

- “Export” → “Print / Save as PDF”. Every slide becomes a page and the buttons stay clickable links.
- A .pptx file opens in PowerPoint. It is an approximate copy: complex styling and fonts can look different.
- The site's own format: keeps everything exactly, with pictures and theme. Good for a backup.
- Import: the home page has an “Import” button. Upload a .zip or .pptx and a new presentation appears. Existing ones are never changed.
